When Should Your Roof be Inspected?

We recommend a regular, scheduled inspection every year. For those companies without a budget to support annual inspections, we also offer a 2-year or 5-year option.

However, annual is better. Your annual inspection is best completed in either the Spring (after the heavy winter weather) or in the Autumn (in preparation for the upcoming winter weather).

Additionally, we recommend an inspection after any severe weather occurrence. Heavy hail, unusually high winds and even torrential downpours can all cause roof system damage. With a limited timeframe to file an insurance claim, you do not want to overlook unseen damage and risk losing the ability to have it fixed by your insurance carrier.

What is Included in a Maintenance Program?

Each of our programs are custom-tailored to fit the needs and budget of that specific client. However, a general overview would include:

  • Scheduled Inspection – every year, 2-years, or 5-years, depending on need.
  • Inspection report including photos and explanations of any deficiency identified.
  • Reduced rate on needed repairs.
